The Recruitment Process
We believe in transparency, inclusivity, and equal opportunities. Our recruitment process is designed to be clear and accessible to all motivated students.
1️⃣ Open Call Announcement
We launch recruitment at the beginning of each academic semester. The announcement is shared through our social media channels and university networks.
2️⃣ Application Form
Interested students complete an online application form where they:
- Introduce themselves
- Share their motivation
- Indicate preferred departments
No previous experience is required — motivation matters most.
3️⃣ Interview Stage
Selected candidates are invited to a short interview with members of the Board and HR Responsible. The interview focuses on:
- Motivation
- Availability
- Teamwork mindset
- Understanding of ESN values
This is not an exam — it’s a conversation.
